Great atmosphere, and all around great attitudes and a laid back vibe. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy at all. Mercedes was a great clerk. Very professional, yet not a prude. Perfect Union is the best in the county. Hope to see a store in Redding soon!!

Got a few disposables and a couple grams of wax here about a week ago. Guys were really helpful inside! Pretty sure the cashier was either Adam or Andrew but either way way everyone in there was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! DO NOT TRUST EMPLOYEES!!! Posted a %50 off sale. I drove over 20 miles to this store passing over 10 others to get to this sale. When I get there they START TAKING DOWN SALE RIGHT UIN FRONT OF ME. I said I still get that right. Their response "We forgot to remove the tags so you have to pay full price" I asked about my call and the signs displayed still(This point the employee left %50 signs on the merchandise I was trying to purchasse) "We were just too busy this morning. Also Management reserves the right to change service at their discretion" Their were 5 employees there. Apparently no manager either. I have been coming here for over 5 years almost every other day, and this is how they treat loyal customers. Sorry but you just lost this one for good! NO THANK YOU!!!!

Nick helped me out when some of the items that I ordered online were not in stock to substitute like items to complete my order. He adjusted the pricing to match the products that I had originally ordered and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the explanations and assurances of quality of the substitutes, as they may be better than what I usually purchase.
PS- Dig the new store layout and accessibility of products. As always the best staff in the area are here.
