These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WeedTV website, apps, and services (collectively, the “Service”), including videos, Bits, series, channels, live streams, chatrooms, direct messages, reviews and ratings, merchant and product listings, events, and features such as TokeCoin and creator monetization.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Community Rules, Cookie Policy, and DMCA Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization (such as a dispensary, brand, or merchant), you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
WeedTV is an adult, cannabis-focused platform. You must be at least 21 years old (or the minimum legal age for cannabis in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access or use the Service. By using WeedTV you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Service is not directed to and may not be used by anyone under 21. We may use age-verification measures and may suspend accounts we reasonably believe belong to underage users.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or our Community Rules. One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts to evade restrictions.
4. Acceptable Use & Community Rules
Your use of the Service must comply with our Community Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms. Among other things, you agree not to: harass, threaten, or harm others; post hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or illegal content; spam or manipulate engagement; impersonate others; infringe intellectual property; or facilitate illegal transactions. WeedTV is not a marketplace for the direct sale of cannabis or controlled substances. We may remove content and restrict accounts that violate these standards.
5. User Content & License
You retain ownership of the content you create and submit—videos, Bits, streams, comments, reviews, messages, images, and other materials (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant WeedTV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (e.g., for formatting and transcoding), publish, publicly display, distribute, and otherwise use that content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This license ends when your content is removed, except where it has been shared with others who have not deleted it, or where retention is required by law. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by WeedTV or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.
7. Cannabis Content & Legal Compliance
WeedTV provides cannabis-related media, education, reviews, and community features. Cannabis laws vary by location and you are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you. Content on WeedTV is for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not medical, legal, or professional advice. You agree not to use the Service to solicit, sell, advertise prices for, or facilitate illegal or unregulated cannabis transactions. Licensed merchants and dispensaries are solely responsible for their own legal and regulatory compliance, including age-gating and advertising restrictions.
8. Live Streaming & Broadcasting
If you broadcast live (“Go Live”) or host chatrooms, you are responsible for your live content and real-time interactions, which must comply with these Terms and the Community Rules. Live content may be recorded, moderated, interrupted, or removed. We are not obligated to store or make available any live broadcast.
9. Reviews & Ratings
Reviews and ratings for strains, products, and dispensaries must reflect genuine, honest experiences. You may not post fake, incentivized-but-undisclosed, or retaliatory reviews, review your own business, or engage in coordinated rating manipulation. We may remove reviews and adjust aggregate ratings to preserve integrity.
10. TokeCoin, Virtual Items, Tips & Monetization
The Service may offer features such as TokeCoin, rewards, tips, and creator monetization. Virtual items and points have no cash value except as expressly stated, are non-transferable outside the Service, and may be modified or discontinued. You agree not to defraud, exploit, or manipulate these systems (e.g., fake engagement, chargeback or tipping fraud, or laundering). Creators who earn money through the Service must comply with our monetization terms and are responsible for all applicable taxes. Payments may be processed by third-party providers subject to their terms.
11. Purchases, Merchants & Third-Party Links
The Service may feature merchants, dispensaries, products, events, and links to third-party sites. WeedTV does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, products, services, or transactions. Any dealings you have with third parties are solely between you and them. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, pricing, availability, or merchant claims.
12. Copyright & DMCA
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content on WeedTV infringes your copyright, please follow the process in our DMCA Policy. We may remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.
14. Termination & Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, remove content, or restrict features at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or the Community Rules, or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
15. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content (including cannabis-related information) is accurate, complete, or reliable. You use the Service at your own risk.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeedTV and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeedTV and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WeedTV operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Some jurisdictions provide consumers with rights that cannot be waived; nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Changes are effective when posted (or on the stated effective date). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
